I have a similar situation as the last review. We moved in at the end of April and now is is the end of June and our electreic bill is outrageous!!!!! I have lived in a 3 bedroom brick home before and never had an electric bill as high as the last one I got!!! The AC runs all the time and never seems to cool off the apt. IF the living room does happen to get cool the master bedroom will still be HOT. The vent into that room hardly seeps any air unless we go through the apt and close all the other vents. What good does that do' Then the rest of the apt gets too warm. I cannot complain about the neighbors---mine are wonderful but the weight room is a joke, truly. I wish that we had chosen another apt because if I had known that we were moving into a black hole of electricty I would have chosen somewhere else. Also, it is advertised that we go a covered parking space and we had to wait 2 weeks for them to create us one. The one we got was 2 parking lots away from our apt. It is near the maintanenc bldg and I constantly find them in my spot when I return from work. I drive a truck and they complained that I was pulling too far over the sidewalk and that my truck was too big for the parking spot. I did not ask for that spot they got it for me. They are a joke also. One of the bathrooms in the apt was missing a tile in the corner of the shower area when we moved in and when they came over to fix it they place a tile there that was solid white when all the other tiles are a mauve color!!! Now it really looks cheap.

i agree to my 2 bedrooom was 210 dollars in jun to mid july, we have to do the, close some vents here and open some there thing to. I have talked to serveral people they say they have rigged several ways to save the air in the apt as it leaks out the patio doors like crazy. they say managment wouldnt do anything either.

Yeah, the three bedroom is much the same. My roommates room was hotter than the 6th layer of hell, while mine was cold enough to serve ice cream out of. It was rediculous. Also, instead of fixing a leak I spotted, they ... get this ... PAINTED OVER IT. Two days later they had to remove the entire wall and replace piping. Brilliant.
