I moved into this complex two years ago, blind. My wife and I were stationed in FL at the time we found this. At first everyone was very friendly, especially one in particular. She went out of her way to help us make the transition smoother. After we got here, we did our walk through. Some noticeable discrepancies, but easily solved. So we had thought. One of them was a hole in our bedroom door. They said they would be replacing that pretty soon. 2 yrs later, and still nothing. Again, nothing major, but still a nuisance. As time went on my wife and I had noticed that the A/C unit on the side of the building had shifted on it's concrete slab. The problem with this was: it was pulling the electrical conduit wire from the unit to the building very taught.

This will create a major fire hazard. After months of harping on them about it and showing the so called apartment manager the photos, it was finally moved. Just the unit, not the slab. The biggest problem that I have been facing is this. There is a stain in my bedroom on the ceiling. I have enclosed a photo for you to see what I am talking about. When we first moved in, we {my Wife and I} noticed a small stain. We were informed that the roof had been fixed and that should be yield no further issues. WRONG!! I look up one morning and to my dismay, I see the stain has grown in size. This was in the middle of June. I informed the office, as well as the maintenance personal that work directly across from my front door about the developing situation.

I also informed the front office that I would be on holiday for 2 weeks in the begging of July and that nobody would be there, to include the dog. I requested that the work be done at the time. I felt that the ceiling inside needed to come down to inspect for mold damage.

I returned from vacation to see that know work has been done at all. The only thing I noticed was the development of another stain in the same room, and a rather large one in the other room. I immediately went to the front office and asked to speak with the "manager" She then started to feed me a bunch of lines, but she would e-mail..not call..e-mail the roofer again. She asked if she could hold onto the pictures that I had provided so she can show him. After which she proceeded to ask some rather ignorant questions. Some which bare to stupid to be repeated.

Please look at the pictures I have provided and keep those in mind when you think about this place. Many of the things you have read from other people I can completely concur with. The windows don't seal properly. Energy waste is abundant, work is very slow to be done and often needs repeating.

I would not recommend this complex to anyone. They care more about fixing up the gym than they do sealing our windows. Not a good way to take care of your tenants.
