This is the first time I've heard of Apartment ratings through one of my fellow neighbors, and I thought I'd come on and check it out. I was pretty surprised to see what was on here, so I thought I would give my perspective. First of all, anyone who has the time to write a review more than once needs to find a life! I'm a single female that has lived here for over three years, and have not had a problem. This is an apartment complex, and just like any other complex, new or old, it does have some downfalls. I've lived in a new complex before, and I've had the same problems that I do here, nothing is diferent. If your looking for perfection...buy a new home! The location is probably why the rent is more expensive than others, but have you seen the apartments that are around this area'!! Why don't you take a look at those, and then you'll see why the rent is more expensive! Yes, the elctric bill is sometimes pricey, but my overall experience here has been great. The office staff is awesome, and unlike other apartments where management changes at least twice a year, this has always been run by the same company and same staff! It's nice to see the same face when I go to put in a work order. Yes, I do understand some of the complaints, but really I think we all know that people only vent on these because they don't get something that they want.
