Notice there is no response from the complex management about lighting issues, outdated energy sucking windows, doors and appliances. They don't care to do anything about it.

Warwick West uses words like "amenities" and "luxurious" to describe itself in the Apartment Guide. Perhaps there is a parallel Warwick West that we don't know about because it certainly isn't the one on Northwest Expressway in Oklahoma City.

Yes, "as you know", we do read these. In response to your posting, we do light checks every week and replace the ones needed. As for our windows, we are in the process of bids on new windows and your appliances are replaced if needed. As for the response from Mr. HawkTeflon - People who lie should be sued for liable - we've owned Warwick for 6 years, there has never been a rape in that time, nor have we ever heard of one before. Shouldn't someone report something that serious to mgmt? It wasn't on the news either! Also, people who leave owing money shouldn't be allowed to give ratings- they aren't objective. Property Manager

I agree with mgmt. If there are rapists running around don't you think someone should contact proper authority? What good is reporting a rape if it's not reported to someone who can make a difference in the situation? I'm a female living here and I've never been harassed in any way. This to me sounds like you're grasping at straws to find something to complain about.

Wow, I just saw this again... I wish I was alerted about this. As for the "people who leave owing money" part, I'm guessing that wasn't about me. I can give you my full name if need be, and you can see that our apartment was in better shape when we left than when we arrived. I've NEVER owed money, but gotten my deposit back every time. And yes, she was raped there. Authorities were called. The police came out, did a whole report on the thing. So, next time, get your facts right. Maybe you should tell that girl she wasn't raped there. That would make her feel great.
