Had to have repairs done entire time I lived there. Took over a month to have my shower repaired. Breezway in my building was always dirty, cleaned maybe twice in the 8 months I lived there. For the money that I was being charged not a good deal at all

Thank you for letting us know that we did indeed keep up our complex with your repairs. We have a high standard that we strive to maintain. As for your shower, our showers are tile. So when we replace the entire shower it takes a couple of weeks.It can take more time when the resident calls and reschedules. Which then throws off the vendor's schedule.It was good that your apartment has 2 full baths.We clean the breezeways every Monday, Wednesday & Fridays. If you had a problem, I wish that you would have called in a work order or spoken to the manager.
