Lived here a month, already have some serious problems.
1) Parking can be very difficult if more than one person in the apartment has a car; each unit has an assigned parking spot, but there aren't enough other ones. I regularly have to walk a good way from where I park to my apartment. But, it could be worse.
2) Upon moving in, the dryer wasn't working, and it took about 2 weeks and checking with the office three times to get it fixed. Now, several weeks later, the washer is broken, and the disposal.
3) Is someone outside my apartment, talking, or doing anything' It sounds like I don't have a wall. I was woken up by a repairman replacing an A/C unit one morning, and listened to a conversation he had over the phone. He was speaking normally, I could just hear ever word he said perfectly. He was speaking in a normal voice, too.
4)No one in my apartment smokes; however, once or twice a day, usually, the apartment starts to smell like cigarettes. My guess is that it is coming through the vents from upstairs.
These are the main things. I've lived here a month and have most of a year to go before I can find a new place.
