Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I have been here 10 months now. I have a one bedroom and there is plenty of room in it. I really like my balcony and fireplace. The apartment was clean when I moved in my maintenance issues have been minor and quickly responded to. The maintenance even came on a Sunday to make a repair. It is a quiet place - even with kids out of school and lots of dogs around. I have not had any problems with neighbors - just lucky I guess. Parking has not been an issue for me or my visitors.
