We have lived here for 6 months. Promptly responding to any maintenance problem is a plus. One covered parking that might not be close to your apartment is a bummer. Building is older but I think probably maintained as well as can be expected. Lots and lots of scary dogs that drag their owners around on a lease. I am not kidding here! Makes me wonder how they fit those dogs in the apartments.

Apt is right next door to the Baptist hospital. Not too bad unless their is a helicopter ambulance run late at night.

Overall, it's not bad.
