I was new to OKC. The staff was very helpful. Service calls generally answered promptly. The true test is the electric bill. I have not received a bill for a full month as of yet. It seems the AC unit has a lot of trouble keeping up, and the windows are in terrible condition. That is why I hate to open the next electric bill. I can't complain about my parking spot. I can walk right out my door and almost step into my car. It is fairly quiet where I am. Of course I am where there are no children and just one bedroom lofts. I think that makes a big difference on the noise level. I really do love my loft apt., and I don't want to move if I don't have to. Ask for Staci if you are interested in Warwick. She is great! Keep in mind what you want and ask questions.
