Watersedge Apartments

Good place From: rentedmany Date posted: 5/16/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   The property is neat and clean and people are always out and about with their dogs or kids or fishing in the pond. I walked throught the courtyard this week and could smell honeysuckle...that's nice. The pond has a walking trail around it but beware of the ducks-they might just be "in season" right now but they will charge you! Parking is good where I'm at but I think it's a little more cramped in the back. Pet deposit is too high for me. : ( I enjoy having a work out room but some of the equipment's computers don't work correctly. They have a computer in the lobby that is for anyone to use during business hours but the few times I've tried to use it, the internet connection was down so no benefit there. I think my upstairs neighbor plays video games or watches movies b/c I hear roaring noise at bedtime some nights but nothing too bad. Having a washer/dryer is GREAT! Kristy in the office is really nice... Maintenance seems to get the job done same day or next day and leave notes showing what they've done to solve the problem. I accidentally dropped a jar of spaghetti sauce unloading groceries one night and the mess was gone the next day. That was bonus points...I felt bad but couldn't see to clean it up at night time!
