We liked these apartments at first. But the surrounding neighborhoods aren't that great and we started hearing gunshots at night. Maintenance it really good. However, if you move here, write down EVERY petty little thing, because they will charge you for it. We moved in and the carpet looked AWEFUL, when we complained about it all they said was they would clean it again, it had bleach stains and dark stains and a red stain, obviously cleaning it wasn't helping. So we moved in and just wrote on the move in sheet that the carpet was used and stained, but they somehow "lost" the paper and now are trying to charge us $1000 for carpet. Also when it rains the drainage sewer thing overflow, literaly raw sewage is in the parking lot and it smells lovely. Definitely would not recommend these.

I have noticed the bad smell lately too. And the girls in the office haven't been very good about communicating clearly to the maintenance. They lost a really good leasing agent. The trees from the ice storm laid in front of our door for 10 days. When I asked when they would be removed, I was told that the manager was 9 months pregnant so she wouldn't out there moving any trees! Well, of course I didn't expect the manager to be out there lifting huge trees into a truck all by herself but I did think someone from the office or a hired company would at least clear off the sidewalks after a whole week had passed.
