I've written good reviews for Water's Edge on here before but this one is an attempt to get a hot shower! I've called the office more than 3 times concerning my hot water not lasting even 10 minutes in the mornings. I've been given all the generic answers to my problem such as 1)my 2 BR has a 30 gal hot water heater so the hot water will only last about 15 minutes. That is how long it lasted the first 2 or 3 months we lived there but something has drastically changed! My roomate and I have the same schedule but that is nothing new...we know we have to leave some time in between each other's shower but this is a problem for me even when I am the first one in...not running the dishwasher or the washing machine!

It really sucks to go home after a long day or to be sick and not even be able to take a hot bath. I only take baths occasionally when I feel like I need to relax so I could probably get over that loss but taking a cold shower every morning is really putting me in a bad mood. I'd invite any one of the staff to shower at my place in the mornings and see if they don't agree with me.

I feel like the staff is apathetic and the only thing I can think to do next is contact SIA. I don't appreciate that I pay rent early every month (never been late) and this is my second lease with them and I don't have hot water.

Sorry to hear about that, but I've had no problems with my water at all since moving there Dec. of last year. I can run the dishwasher and take a shower at the same time with no problem. I could take a 30min shower before my water started getting lukewarm--if I felt so inclined. I'd just keep pressing them for a new water heater, cuz that's ridiculous.
