Hot Water & Misleading Model

I just moved here earlier this year and I can't take a shower for more than almost 5 minutes without the water going frigid. Also, the model they showed me was COMPLETELY different than the one I moved in to. Everything was nice and neat and new in the model, but in mine, all the appliances and cabinets and stuff are probably older than I am.
Also, the faucet in my shower leaked, so I called in and when I came home the next day, there was mud tracked through the place, the bathroom and kitchen were covered in dust, dirt, and drywall, and the washer was sitting in the middle of the kitchen. Come to find out, they'd called a contracter in to fix it and he completely ripped through the kitchen wall, into the tile into the shower to replace everything. They didn't clean up and there is still a whole in the shower wall.

I've had problems with the hot water as well. I was having to turn the water off while I washed my hair and only turn it on long enough to rinse. Argh!

I've never had an issue with hot water in my apt there. I can take a 30min shower and still have hot water if I felt so inclined. If anything, my water can get too hot, but it's convenient since I can use it for cooking and not have to wait for water to boil. I can relate, however, to the mud being tracked in when they fix something..that really got to me and I told the office about it when it happened so they wouldn't hold me accountable. We'll find out if that holds up when I move out.
