Where do I start' My wife and I have been here for two years now. When we moved in the apartment looked nothing like the model. It looks like a 70s apartment. The washer won't open up more than six inches because the dryer is stacked on top of it, obviously they don't go together and are mismatched. We run out of hot water after about 12 minutes, definatel not long enough for two people to shower and you might as well forget about using your dishwasher. The management was poor before but recently went through an overhaul and now they are terrible! I went in recently to pay my rent and gangster rap music was being played very loud! Now I am only in my twenties but this was profanity laced and very innapropriate. If you get packages in the mail and the office signs for them you have to check daily because the office won't notify you, this is a pain if you're getting a gift from someone and don't know. Are neighbors are nice but the walls are paper thin and noise is an issue. The maintenance team is horrible. I have had my AC go out in the heat of summer 5 times in a row before they finally replaced it. When we moved in there was kitty litter in the bathroom from the previous tennants and trash throughout the house. Oh yeah, if you are scared of spiders do not move here. We have had about 20 fiddelbacks a year inside our house! Our neighbors get more than us because we live on the second floor. They spary in the kitchen like one little squirt that clearly doesn't work. You have to buy your own bug bombs. The ponds are nice but anyone comes up and fishes so there aren't many fish in them. They advertised a "driving range" but they mean a big field. Overall a terrible apartment that keeps raising rent dramatically.

I agree and posted my own issues with the hot water. I lived in a studio apt first and had no issues except minor noise from my upstairs neighbor playing video games or something but then I got a roommate and moved into the 2 BR...and my water was fine for a couple of months but then for some reason, my showers couldn't last more than about 4-6 minutes and that was keeping the water at a toleralbe warm, not a hot shower. I wish I had another place to recommend for you. I remember the same issues with mail items...they don't leave a note in your mailbox either. Like the guy says...you have to be on the lookout for your mail that might be sitting in their office.

Ok here is my question....you said the apartment you moved into looked nothing like the model. (well duh, they won't) but did you not look at the actual apartment before you signed a lease? That is something you should ALWAYS do!
