I moved to OKC from out of state. I made arrangements to rent the apartment without seeing it because I couldn't come out ahead of time. I am so happy with the apartment. I have called about 2 maintenance issues and they were fixed the same day. I never hear neighbors through the walls or floor. I have a nice-sized balcony that overlooks the pool, pond, and courtyard.
One tip: definitely get an apartment that overlooks the yard instead of the parking. It's much quieter and more pleasant.
