My experience in the 4 months i lived there was only desecribable as horrifying. The daily routine was my neighbors throwing trash out there window and children deficating in the grass as well as catching dumpsters on fire. There were three shootings reported in the short time i lived there. The counters were stained with crack pipe burns and I could not even run the sink because the pipes were rotted.
