Okay so the Manager that is onsite here, -----, is wonderfull! She is a caring and proffesional lady who is trying her best with what shes given(which is not much). The same goes for -----, the maintenance tech. which is probably the best tech to have worked on this property. The owner of this property is --------------, he is out of NY and could care less about the individual. To him its all about where he can crunch numbers. This property is going under fast, all due to his inability to pay the bills and provide money for NECASSARY repairs. He even routinely pays his employees up to 5 days late. EVERY PAYDAY!! He comes up with imaginary charges to bill people to despretely try and generate some kind of revenue. To anyone interested in leasing in this area bypass westgate crossing! The service recieved onsite is sure to be satisfying to the best of there ability but please don't blame them if they cannot provide what the snake of an owner won't give. I am not a vindictive person, just shocked at how incredibly unprofessional a man once listed in fortune 500 could be.
