I just moved in and I need a copy of my lease agreement. They were printing off a copy but I never received it. There is no one in the office. I met a guy that the manager stated was the owner but I have not seen anyone there since 2/16/09. My apartment is pretty clean...new carpet....fresh paint but there is a few minor things that need t be done but there is no one in the office to report them too. I requested a mailbox key but I still don't have a mailbox or key but the mailman is leaving my mail in a unlocked box. I placed my mail on hold because I don't know when someone will be on site to provide the mailbox and/or lock.
I finally left a couple of notes about the things that needed to be completed in the apartment....the drain in the bathtub needs to be fixed....the leak from upstatirs that is draining out beneath the sink in the kitchen.
Maybe they are between managers. I have heard some horror stories but I am trying to hang tough.
