I've lived in the complex for a couple of years now. It depends where your apartment is in the complex. Apartments in the front can hear traffic such as cars and sirens. You can also hear everyone above you if you are in the bottom apartment. Depending on the apartment size you rent, it can be very small rooms.
Management is proactive on the appearance of the overall complex. They have a new office and the landscape is nicely taken care of.
It is pretty normal for apartment living, with standard apartment concerns. Neighbors can make the difference between a good place and a bad. So if you move in here, please be considerate. Generally speaking, it's a nice hidden pocket for apartments in Midwest City.
