The office staff or so rude and the main manager Mary Kay or Mary Ann I forget her name she so RUDE!!! My ELECTRIC bill is so high monthly. I live in a two bedroom and when I reported to her that my room was HOT in the summer and now cold that it's Winter all the office staff had to say was "LIGHT YOU FIR E PLACE WE CAN HELP THE WAY THE UNIT WORKS"

WARNING DO NOT MOVE HERE...... SAVE YOUR MONEY

I AGREE 100 PERCENT MARY KAY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY RUDE. MY APARTMENT FLOODED DUE TO THE MORONS UPSTAIRS AND THEY TOOK FOREVER TOO SHOW UP AND FIX IT MY WHOLE APARTMENT FLOODED OUT WATER WAS COMING FROM EVERYWHERE EVEN LIGHT FIXTURES. I TALKED TO MARY KAY AND SHE WAS RUDE LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT IT FLOODED AND SOME OF MY EXPENSIVE THINGS GOT RUINED AND SHE SAID IT WAS MY FAULT FOR NOT HAVING RENTERS INSURANCE AND SHE IS AN AWFUL MANAGER.PERIOD DONT MOVE HERE!
