I have lived here for a couple of years now and it's not what it used to be. Last year I had an insane electric bill and it turned out that my ac unit needed to be rinsed out. Ha! Parking is hell and being pregnant and having to walk 2 or 3 buildings to get to mine was not good. When it ices they never put down salt, so yeah ive busted my butt about three times including while I was pregnant. People dont clean up the dog poop, too many stray cats, trash was overflowing WAY after the ice storm. Cars getting broken into, apartments getting robbed during the holodays. They are one of the nicest on the outside but these things are why i am planning on moving when my lease runs out. The inside is nice, never had a bug in my apartment, carpet needs to be replaced, stove, fidge and washer and dryer are WAY out of date. Wallpaper is very prety, but you can hear everything yor neighbor o including sex, vomiting, coughing, phone ringing, tv and alarm clocks. VERY ANNOYING!
