I have lived in Willow Creek apartments for 6 months now and I am anxiously awaiting the end of my lease. When me and my boyfriend first moved in, this place seemed awesome. Everyone was super nice and the complex is always clean, but after a while things changed. The management is constantly making an excuse to snoop through everyones apartments for stupid reasons. Also, you can tell that the management is shady. One month we were ONE DAY late on our rent and a little after 11:00am we got an eviction notice.... when we paid the rent at 9:00am. Not to mention, when spring began this year, everyone got a flier on their door to inform them that they are going to tostart cracking down on the people who don't pick up after their animals.... and instructed residents to spy on their neighbors and turn them in if they see anything... now we don't own any pets... but how ridiculous is that''' Also, once the swimming pool opened up, one of the managers (who will remain nameless), showed her ass. She kicked a teenager out of the pool, who was watching his little brother and sister, because they weren't 18 and because they didn't have swimming suits on. Okay, I understand that those are pool rules... but the very next day when we were at the pool agian not only was her under aged sister in the pool with two of her underaged friends... but one of them didn't even have a swimsuit... It's pretty sad that it takes months and months to fix an apartment problem.. but management throws fits over the pettiest of matters. I wouldn't go out of my way to recomend these apartments to anyone... especially if the management is going to be so childish.
