In response to the last two posts, Although I do think there is a problem with the amount of dog poo, I don't believe that you should ask your residents to spy on other tenants... and although people DEFINITELY SHOULD pick up after their pets... we do have grounds keepers...
On to my review, I have lived at Willow Creek for about a year and I like them. The apartments are nice, a little small, but still nice. They have a washer and drier in every apartment which is a must for me. I love the private porches, and balconies, there is a patrolman on site and its always quiet. The only problems that I have seen are pretty minor, the parking is decent at best, and with two cars it can be a hassel if you work late. If you have a problem and need to talk to management, you better make time to visit them in the office because they never answer their office phone lol. Other than that, the only problem I have had is with my heater, I have already had it fixed once last winter, and it is now broken again and have not been able to get it fixed because maintanence is super slow. I know the manager Mary Kay works at Meadow Glenn apartments too and therefore the maintenance staff is shared between the two apartments. This summer my friend's (who lives in Meadow Glenn and was at the time 8 months pregnant) air conditioner went out and they didn't fix the unit for 3 weeks... knowing that she was very pregnant.
But I guess you can never find a perfect place to live...
