My husband and I have lived here only a short amount of time (since Nov. 8). Although the apartment is overall just okay, I would have to say the effiency is awful! Our townhome is freezing all the time, because we cannot keep the heat in from the cracks under the stove and also around doors. This has caused our electricy bill to skyrocket!!!
We have not met hardly anyone in the complex, but we have made friends with the cats that roam around all the time.
Although my husband does not think so, I do not always feel safe because of the various ethnic groups living around us.
Overall the complex is quiet, but when our lease is up next year, I want to move out.

I LOVE WILSHIRE VILLAGE! the upgraded apts. are bautiful and so is the office. The maintance crew there really nice as well as the leasing agents. I especally love the spacious closets and bedrooms. I would def. recommend this complex to everyone!!!!!
