The biggest problem I've had with this place is the maintenance people. You can't ever get one on the phone. You always have to leave a message and then HOPE that they actually show up. I had to call 5 times on a leak in my closet that my boyfriend ended up having to fix for me because the maintenance guy never came. However, I like my apartment and the office people are nice. It has an alarm system, which is good, and they will allow you to paint or wallpaper the walls as long as they are white when you move out. If they'd just get new maintenance people, it would be great.
