Ok complex, will not renew lease

I have lived in Wilshire Village since January '04. My lease will soon be up and I am definately not going to stay here. By far the biggest problems at this complex are maintenance and the surrounding apartment communities. You hardly ever get to talk to maintenance, and if you aren't without heat, ac, or water they will get to your order in a week or two even when they aren't busy. The surrounding communities aren't well managed and their residents cause a lot of drama. The complex has it's good thought, the leasing office is always very helpful and the courtesy patrol is very attentive. Also because of the drama at the neighboring complexes the cops drive the parking lots so you feel safe going to your car at night. I would probably only recommend this complex to only guys or a couple, it's not the best place for a single female.
