My boyfriend and I moved in to these apartments and worked very hard at making it a "home". We had a friend that moved into our spare bedroom for a short period of time. We loved this apartment...at first. A few weeks after we moved in, there was a heavy rain which flooded our garage. We called maintenance (which was located NEXT DOOR TO US) to clean it up and prevent mold from growing. A week later they still had not shown up. We went a head and cleaned it up ourselves, so when maintenance FINALLY showed up they couln't find anything wrong. This was a vicious circle every time it rained. The mold finally got so bad that we had to move in with my parents. My boyfriend developed lung problems and hives. Our roommate started having heart palipitations and had to leave as well. When we tried to leave, they wanted us to sign a "mold release form". Needless to say, we don't live there anymore and the manager of the complex was fired. Do not move here.

I had the same experience with this property regarding the mold and lack of response to numerous maintanence issues the mold and waterdamage finally took down my sisters bath mirror. THey then tried to force a mold release on my mother or she had to relocate. She did relocate and after walkthrough they stated that they will not release her from her lease with out the mold release signature. NO WAY.
