Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
We moved out last April right after being broke into by a couple of kids. The area the apartments are in are scary. Weekends are the worst. Police cars have to drive by 24/7 to make should everythings ok. Wilshires laudry area was always shut down because of vandalisum. Lots of mothers on welfare lived there as well. Maintenance never showed up when our apartment flooded. When they did they just pulled our carpet and left. Neighbors kept coming over asking to have sugar or something. Kids were always playing in the breezeways, and climbing on cars. Our car almost got broken into twice. Unless your just desperit, don't do it!
