This place is hell on earth! We have lived here six years and it has steadily gotten worse! They raise the rent without improving the property, turn off your water and don't bother to turn it back on for DAYS AND DAYS, they don't perform the maitenance they promise, they lost our rent checks several times and we had to go to court to have their judgements against us removed; which also prevented us from leaving a year ago, they do not remove gang tagging which leads other gangs to retaliate, they do not stop people from setting fires, there is no protection, they allow the pipes to burst in their laundry facility, the office staff is brand new and incompitent every other month,they do not bother with pest control (I am talking mice and roaches), the apartments are so old that nothing in them can be replaced, the landscaping is ugly, the public areas are abused by loitering teens, many of the office workers do not speak english, THIS LIST COULD GO ON FOREVER BECAUSE THERE IS NO END!!!
