I moved in last october into a nice apartment new floors tiled in kichen hall and bath bedroom carpet living wood new fixtures and cabnet apliances all new. I've had a few problem since i moved in and it has taken a little whike to get fixed and i even had a racoon caught it in a live trap and they took it and released it and then fixed how it was geting into the building not just my apartment you cant fix the hole it is geting in until you catch it. im sure the houses on the other side of the pond have racoons to its because there is pond and where there is pond there are critters for all that dont know. there have ben some changes in office since i moved in but i think it was for the better because the grils they have in the office are awsome. i also think that the reason it is taking so long is that the people that owned before vangaurd did thrashed this place and it takes time to fix all the problem there are alot of apartment here and im sure im not the only one that needs something so i figure take my proble and multiply that by 200 or so and wait for my turn.

Agreed, lovely place to live. and cant wait for all of the stuff this summer they are doing too

i wasnt paid anything to wright this i dont have any problems i pay my rent early never late ive paid my pet deposits. So when i tell them there is a problem they come fix it. but Im also a good tenent that dont cause problems. If you think its so bad here get out.
