I have lived here for 1 1/2 year and i lived here in 2005 for one year as well. When I first moved here in 2005 I lived in a brand new apartment and for the most part had a pleasant experience and that was the reason I moved back. But now i can't stand this place! I have racoons in my attic (one almost came into house via a hole under the sink)...I have complained about this issue on numerous occasions and they won't fix the hole that these creatures are getting into...They are doing construction supposedly but my building hasnt been painted yet and they started painting the complex over a year ago (in the most godawful tacky colors imaginable...The apartment itself is falling apart, the concrete is cracking, leaking problems (thankfully I live upstairs), poor management, terrible maintenance and on top of that maintenance plugs their equipment into outlets in the breezeway causing tenants electricity bills to spike (which they deny but its been proved its true)...overall do not move here unless you want to be in the hood and have a horrible experience...

I moved here as well in 2007, early part. The new management has improved many things. I upgraded to a new unit and it is great. It is a big project and they seem to be spending a lot of money taking this to next level. New fence, great security, and they are redoing all the colors. If you have a problem, try calling one of the managers. They are very easy to deal with and try to do everything.

Well maybe you have been blessed to have a better experience than I have, but almost everyone I have talked to is not happy with the place (so you are definitely in the minority)...Management is trying to update things but when management and office staff changes every 3 months or so and someone new is always in the office it seems its really hard for them to follow through on projects and other issues...

Unhappy, that post was probably management. Good posts about this place usually are.
