Horrible maintance

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007
 
I moved in these apartments in April 07. When I moved in the front window was broken. It took them 4 months to finally put a new window in. Then in May when it started raining really bad the paint on my ceiling started chipping and started leaking. It's almost October and they still haven't fixed it! So now everytime it rains hard it leaks
