I moved in this apt complex in Sept 05 and left Apr 06. In the time that I lived here, I had several issues. First of all, the maintenance crew leaves much to be desired. The air did not work for several weeks, I left numerous messages to have it looked at. No one EVER even bother to call me and let me know how long it would be before it would be taken care of. I lived across the hall from the "assistant manager" Susan. I am a single mother of 2 kids & we are the only ones that lived in my apt. She accused me of being outside me apartment one Friday night arguing w/someone @ 3:00 am!!!! I was appalled! She had the nerve to say, You are getting wrote up" like I am in high school. I was very upset b/c I don't like being accused of something I wouldn't/didn't do! She never could tell me who I was arguing with or why she didn't address the situation at the time..instead of waiting until the next day. She and the manager, Kim are best friends and they don't listen to tenants. Due to their lack of professionalism, many people have left. There are also problems beyond they control, one of which is the crime issue. There are drug dealers & thieves all over this place. I ordered pizza one day and the Mazzios delivery person told me that they had a driver get robbed there. My last comment is that it took them over 2 mos to refund my deposit. I was never late with their money, although they did once give me a late notice although they had my check in their office (this was on the 3rd- I had paid my rent on the 1st.)When I asked the manager why I had received this notice, she told me that it was because their printer malfunctioned and they could pass those out at any time regardless of the date on them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
PS:Ok,one more comment.They fired all of their maintenance staff because they all had criminal records & had someone working on the air conditioners..he was not qualified to do the work and it resulted in one ladies apartment catching on fire.
