I moved in to these apartments in December of 2004. The first thing that went wrong was the water heater. The hot water got cold after a 2 or three minutes, we didnt have a porch light, and the dishwasher wasnt properly connected. After a couple of months you couldnt run the washer and the stove at the same time, I had no idea that the manager had send some morons up to my apartment to wire two breaker to one another so they wouldnt flip any more. In the Summer of 05 they decided to put a new roof on. The air conditioner already didnt work properly and after several complaints Deborah the former manager sent one of her HVAC idiots up to tell me it was the filters. I couldnt change or clean the filters because the vent cover in the hall was nailed shut with not 1 but 2 filters!!! I was laying on my bed one day and a roofer fell through my ceiling and tar and debris started coming into my bedroom. I went to the office to tell the manager that someone had fell through my ceiling in the bedroom and tar was dripping into the carpet and the response i got was and i quote "We are in a meeting". While we waited for the repairs to be made to the apartment, Deborah the manager came into my home while i wasnt there and took pictures of my house without permission and tried to say i was a dirty house keeper, when in reality i had to move everything out of my bedroom into the living room. The next summer we flipped on the air conditioner and black smoke came out of the vents due to the wiring of the breaker box. The morons she had working for her had taked my smoke alarm off the wall to work on the a/c unit for the 50th time and never put it back up. I called the fire marshall and he gave her 24 hours to get the unit fixed, and after that we never had any more problems from them but i highly recommend for no on to ever rent from here.
