Great complex From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/25/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007 1 response Rented townhome and love it. I was tired of being stacked together and I rented a 3 bedroom townhome with my own private backyard. The property provides great service.

This review was obviously written by an employee of Windsor Village. The apartment complex was well maintained until the new owners from California purchased the units. It took 6 months for a maintenance request I logged to be addressed, and I assure you I'm not exaggerating. When a month passed with no action I stopped by the office to follow up. When I told the young woman working in the office it had been a month since I had logged the request she smirked and chuckled sarcastically. The laundry rooms quickly deteriorated. At one point all of the washers and dryers near my apartment were either not functioning or functioning improperly. Landscaping and the overall appearance of the complex quickly deteriorated. The previous owner maintained a regular pest control schedule. By the time I was finally able to move the entire complex was overrun with cockroaches and mice. In fairness its been almost a year since I moved so the management and maintenance might have improved.
