This place sucks

First dont get me wrong Management is great, But she cant get the help she needs to get things done because of the owner. I actually feel sorry for her having a suckey owner who only cares about cutting corner's Leaks all the time. I know now why the put concrete flooring on the floor, Only because they did not want to replace the carpet all the time because of the leaks. We are in the process of breaking our lease because of this. Another problem, the firemen are always out here. When asked I was told that the fire alarm was going off. SO everytime it rains we have a flood at our front door and then the firemen come, no matter what time of the day or night it is. Our kitchen faucet always leaks The owner syas he fixed it and within a few days it leaks again, makes me think he is cutting corner's again. Someone went out and bought their own faucet because of this. We have asked for out apartment to be sprayed for over a yeah now and it still has not been done. I was there whn the manager asked the owner to go spray so I know he was told. Then they have this fancylight system, and they wont come out and change the bulbs, How are we suppossed to change the bulbs when we dont have a ladder for your fancy light system. Oh dont let me mention the garage door's, They only open half the time or your push your button and your neighbor's door open's. Parking is always a issue, YOu cant park up front if you have a big truck spaces are not big enough and when you park behind your apartment the neighor's get mad and say they cant get out of thier garage and want to tow your car off. We cant get mail, it sucks Post office says its the problem with the box and they need to fix it, and when you tell the Owner they say its the post office's lock. We have since moved our mail to a po box at the post office because of the poor delivery system. Having dogs there is great but not when their owners dont pick up after themselves. Stepping in dog poo is nasty. They dont have an office anymore, it is now run from the manager's house. Which I know is good for her but she doesnt live all that close so you have to drive over to her house if you have to pay rent that day. And she has some large dogs and they scare the crap out of me. It was great when we moved in but here latly it has fallen apart. Even the manager is thinking of leaving, I will be gone when she does. I cant trust my living arrangments with the owner. I may come home one day to find the roof has caved in.
