Woodlake Apartments

HORRIBLE!!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/20/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003 1 response   Noise= hearing people having sex through the walls. POORLY BUILT APARTMENTS TOO!! Our downstairs neighbor could hear our music when we could not even hear it unless we were RIGHT BY the stereo. We could ALWAYS hear our nextdoor neighbors tv too....and everything they said...even though they were using quiet voices. I am still stuck here looking for a new place...and I am scared to take my trash out at night unless my boyfriend is home. Men will watch me go in and out of my apartment......there are a lot of thugs and disrespectful low lifes here who try and constantly say harassing things to me. ALSO....I have lived here almost a year now and there is at least ONE car just in MY parking lot that gets broken into for every month if not more. The maintenance SUCKS!!! If you call in a problem they don't come for at least a day or more even if its important. HARDLY ANY WATER PRESSURE! HORRIBLE LAUNDRY ROOM! POOLS ARE DISGUSTING! I went there once and had to leave quickly because tons of gross perverts started coming outside and would sit on their balconies and stare and try to bother me. OH AND PARKING!!! I can hardly ever find a close parking spot by my apartment.....causing me to be even more scared to walk up to where I live. This place is cool if you like having to watch over your shoulder CONSTANTLY while going home or going to your car.....if not NEVER LIVE HERE!!!! TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! By the way....the counter tops are simply painted on with white paint that has chipped from simply wiping it down to clean it.....and the carpet is really cheap and lifts up a lot.
