very friendly office staff, helpful, and informative. staff very active in activities and staff that live on site are active in public relations, keeping things safe and friendly making me enjoy my living here.

obviously, this was not written by a resident. perhaps the person who wrote this would share with us what kind of personal relations the on-site staff are involved in as well as what measures are being taken to make the property safer. the staff IS very rude and condescending and you should expect as much as long as it is under the current management team.
