The location is nice because it's close to the highway. Other than that it's terrible. The service is horrible!!! I had to call in 8 times and wait 3 days (business days) to get the maintenance man to fix my problem. A couple of the staff are somewhat helpful but others are just don't bother. They act as though it is an inconvenience to their time. If I pay 500 dollars a month for one bedroom I expect service!!! They charge you for everything even for parking under a metal sheet, rather let anyone use it who gets there first. Mail packages is just often placed at the door. They often mow the lawn early in the morning. Some of us have work later on. Any crime that occurs is placed as YOUR PROBLEM. No security help in that then what's the point of having security. The apartment is small and cramp. For two bedroom the price jumps up to 700 almost. With one bedroom and water, phone, and various other supplies it could be up to 800. KEEP IN MIND THIS IS ONE BEDROOM. I HATE IT AND I BELIEVE SO WOULD YOU!!!
