After living here for 7 years..I'm leaving !!

Why??:

1. Expect to be nickle and dimed to death. Corporate owners find new ways to charge for everything. I'm suprised they haven't come up with a fee to use the entrance road.

2. Security (Or lack of!!): Use to have 2 guards on site, no more, guess it cut into the owners profits. Call the Security service and they MAY show up 2 hours later if at all. Crime (especially car break-ins) are rampant.

3. Pools: Use to be the nicest in the city, but now they have become public pools and party grounds for the other trashy apartment complexes next door (who don't have a pool). Apartment management has a "What can we do about it??" attitude.

4. Maintenance: If you want a lightbulb changed, no problem. If you need something major fixed, ha ha , jokes on YOU!!

5. Very Sad, this was the BEST complex in the city. Management is obviously seeking short-term renters who are mostly college kids and don't care about where they live for a few months. Almost ALL the long-term renters have have had enough and left this place.
