Management From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 8/11/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005   Management is 9-6 group. They are happy to assist you when leasing and happy to see you in person but very deficient in followup. I reported an airconditioner failure at 9:30am on Thursday. I returned home at 7:30pm to find the only thing done was to turn the fan back on. The temperature is 90 degrees. There is still no cooling and the earliest I can talk to a human being or report the problem [since it is not an emergency] is tomorrow morning at 9:00am. Apparently the maintenance person thought the apartment renter could not turn the fan on. They did not check to see if there was cooling. I understand the 25% approval rating. Update: I reported the problem again on Friday morning. Maintenance replaced a capacitor and thought the problem was fixed. When I arrived back home Fri afternoon: NO COOLING!!! I reported it again and maintenance descended on me and: discovered that the wiring had degraded to the point that it needs replacement. They worked nearly two hours getting me cooling and will return on Monday to replace the wiring. I have a mixed opinion now. I still think they should have followed up and checked later to determine whether or not the fuse replacement worked or on the 2nd time that the capacitor repair worked but now they appear to be on the right path for repair. So, I am better pleased with their effort than I was originally. I have upgraded my maintenance rating and the rating of the staff helpfullness.
