I liked my apt. at first...It never had a leak and it was clean when I moved in...The walls are paper thin...Your neighbor can hear everything you say and you can hear everything of theirs...Pity if they have a stereo...If you live downstairs, you will hear every footstep on your ceiling...People moved in above me who stayed up all night long every night...They didn't try to be quiet...It sounded like they were moving furniture around EVERY night and dropping furniture on the floor in the middle of the night EVERY night...I finally moved my bed into the living room to get some sleep...Couldn't sleep there either for the noise UPSTAIRS...Was glad to move, but otherwise, I didn't have many problems with the apt. itself...
