This was the worst apartment in existence! Nothing but nasty people live here and could care less about anyone else that is around them. My car got stolen from the parking lot and the office could care less. The apartment would mow the lawn every other week and the stupid -------- would blow the grass up on the hood of your car. REALLY NICE! That is if you could find a parking place! Most of the time you had to park about a mile away since most people had 6 cars which only one of them was running! But they all had 1000 dollar stereos that could blow your windows out! :) I am pretty sure that the floors are made out of plywood and the guy upstairs was raising donkeys or elephants or something. The lady downstairs used to open the door and throw her bedpan out the front door because she was a fat lazy mofo. And the office took two months to evict her! Great timing! nothing better than coming down the stairs smelling piss! yum! I could go on for hours and hours about this cesspool of Oklahoma society. Please for the love of all that is holy im warning you now! Do not move into this sh--hole!!!!!

This is complete BS. The people who live in my building keep to themselves, drive nice vehicles, and piss in their bathrooms. I haven't lived in that many apartments, but this one is not 1/2 as bad as many others that I've come across. And, FYI, you live in OKC, not Compton, and I'm sure you probably couldn't even afford to live in the ghetto there.

This guy is right on !!! This apartment complex is falling to pieces, and the residents who stay there reflect the same. I've seen trailer parks that are better kept than this rathole.

Completely TRUTH!! If you get here after 6 good luck finding a place to park, and that's even if everyone actully parks in the line(at least somewhat). Neighbors are noisey in and out of complex, They dont hardly even mow it anymore though. Trust me you do not want to live here.
