Poor Insulation, Lazy Managment

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
It's 90 degrees in my apartment from Noon to 4am. (Yes, it takes it that long to cool off after sunset)

Mangament insists that this is Normal!!
My Electric Bill is Through the Roof!!

Just another example of how Poorly apartments are maintained and how Managers never do anything.

And for this price...I could own a house.

BTW, they don't tell you but, due by the 5th, means 8am on the 5th.
