Terrible Complex

It started out nice, but that didn't last long. The light in the Kitchen burnt out, and it couldn't just be replaced, the whole fixture had to be changed. It took managment 3 weeks to fix it, after 5 phone calls!!! Then the oven didn't work well, it took 2 and a half hours to cook a frozen lasagna, took maintenance 2 weeks to "fix" it and they didn't even fix the damn thing.
Then 2 months before the lease was up, we got a notice, that they were going to Raise Rent and needed to know by Today, November 26th, if we were staying or leaving! So we let them know that we were moving and they said because they didn't receive a 30 day notice we had to pay for the month of December even though we won't be there!!!
Parking is terrible also. People can't park in the lines, and because of that, I got stuck with 2 parking violations. There is also a Dip ---- that would park right next to your car, I mean mirror touching mirror, sometimes closer... It's ridiculous.
STAY AWAY!!!!!
