The outside of the complex needs a fresh coat of paint. Although we try and keep the area clean it continues to be filled with trash. Dumpsters are not emptied timely and Oklahoma winds ensure the trash blows across the complex. The company should fence in the trash, which would help maintain the premise.
The staff at the front office does their best to ensure things are taken care of and have always been very helpful to me. However, the owners of the complex (Case and Associates) are very poor managers and probably only look at the P&L for the complex.
Recently there was a rash of sliced tires so security is inadequate. Since I have good friends on OCPD I have asked them to increase the patrol around the area.
