I have lived in this complex for just over a year. I have never been treated as horrible as I have been here. These people will lie to you and do anything they can to screw you over, an few examples of my problems with this complex: When I first moved in the place was a dump, cabinet doors rotting, brown ceilings(I do smoke, but not inside), front door doesn't stay closed unless locked with deadbolt, easily see repair work from previous water problems. It took them 2 months to get a few of the things fixed that I requested the day I moved in. I was going to have them paint since it was obvious they hadn't, but I decided not to after I told them to bring me the drop cloths and I would move and cover my stuff. Well, I came home and could tell the painter had came in and started moving things and I didn't want them in there. I have never had good water supply, and I finally broke down after being hit with scalding hot water imediately followed by what felt like barely melted ice, for a week I asked them to fix it again. (I gave up when I first moved in because it had gotten better and I could take my 5 minute shower w/o a problem). Well it took them in all 5 weeks to get it fixed. They came by looked at it and said "oh well try a different showerhead". So I did.. waited a few days and called back. This continued on until they finally realized that it will be cheaper to actually just fix it. I won't just blame it on the apartments themselves..
