I have lived here at Woodscape for a total of 3.5 years and just signed another 1 year lease. I have been extremely happy with my life here at Woodscape. I have had nothing short of AWESOME experiences with Terrie and Crystal (the manager and asst. manager) and a stand-out maintenance guy Travis. (Sorry if I've butchered the spelling of your names.) They have been genuinely friendly to me EVERY TIME I see them, they know me when I come by, actually have conversations with me, and have gone out of their way to make sure that I receive excellent customer service.
Recently, my patio door was on the fritz and they handled the situation with precision and speed. They have never left me hanging. I have always enjoyed the environment here at the apartments.
I just want to say great job and keep up the good work!!! You do an outstanding job and I think if people would accept personal responsibility for some of the situations I have read on this site, and realize the actual scope of what management is responsible for...they would feel more like I do. As a resident of Woodscape, there are certain things that I am responsible for. Timely reporting of an issue would come leaping to mind. Not letting things get so far gone before reporting them, only to complain that it is management's fault. Hmmm'
I have known MANY residents of Woodscape that have been here LONGER than myself and have no plans to move. I love it here. Thanks again!!!
