They won't help you with ANY problem, washing machine, dryer, fridge and dish washer completly out dated and nofunctional! It takes us three hours to dry one load of laundry. And they don't care. During ice storms they didn't clear pathways or parking lots. They don't care is we make it to work to pay the rent, or if the elderly can safely get to and from their cars. They aren't strict in their policies so we are up all night listening to Star Wars next door and dogs chained to the pond fence barking throug the night. Odd smells and ceiling fans that are falling from the cieling. Burning smells from the dish washer and disposal. This is the most pathetic apartment complex I have ever lived in. Teh office staff has no sense what so ever! We don't intend to sign up for another year.
