After moving in and giving me their version on a welcome wagon, that was the last communication from my complex that I have had. The apartment they put me in was ok at first but soon things started falling apart.

The washer/dryer in unit are exactly as another user described! They are old and can wash maybe three pairs of pants at a time unless you want a ball of clothing to come out of the dryer. I hope you like beige if you consider the Greens at Owasso because every last inch is! The carpets are old with wear spots and stains on them. There is also a terrible draft as weather sealing the apartment was obviously not thought about when it was being built.

Thething that drove me to write this review was the maintenance program or lack thereof. As soon as I moved in I tried the dish washer only to find that it flooded the kitchen area completely! I called the maintenance people but you can't call them and report a problem you have to go to the office and fill out a maintenance form. I did and a day later they finally came out and reported there was no problem. I went another month without reporting it and finally got tired of mopping as I was using the appliances that were supposed to be in good general working condition. I was mistaken. They finally came back out after filling out another form and they found the pump assembly's seals were bad.

Four days ago the flush arm on my toilet broke. It took them three days to get to it so I was having to manually flush the toilet which was less than enjoyable. I woke up this morning to find that during the repair of the flush arm the maintenance individual had broken off the drain mast and the water had been running all night. I don't see how fixing ne thing and breaking another really counts as maintenance.

The pet policy doesn't help as I live next to the loudest family with a dog that yelps all night and/or all day keeping me awake and generally anoying the building. The apartment also has these little rules about not putting any trash outside the door but that isn't enforced so you get to step over trash on the way to and from your apartment.

In summation, don't live here unless you like dealing with the employees of the apartment complex almost weekly to try and keep your apartment in running order. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7
